i hate it when people are unreliable. it's sooooooooo annoying. i don't have all day!!!

also, apartment hunting in manhattan is a nightmare. $2500 can get you Super nice and homey places in pacific heights, as opposed to a run down and dirty place in the city. sad. will live.
