shopping

poor customer service puts me in a bad mood. if i'm on the fence about buying something, there is very little possibility i will then buy it. don't be mean to your customers!! if i say that i think i saw a pair of gold shorts in the window last week, then you say, "oh really? i don't think we have any gold shorts...but here's what we have." [point to shorts section.] don't say, "gold shorts???? no way. there are no gold shorts." [period.]
