end of year

yesterday was harvard's commencement. i had a real life crimson hood!! i felt very old. it was rainy, and i sat in a slosh of mud in the yard. oh well. it was an experience (more on that later), and i got my diploma! today, i sang at mit's commencement. it didn't rain (yay), so it was beautiful. but because mit was anticipating the rain (they had mit ponchos for everyone even), we sang in the little music hut, instead of on stage. that sucked because i was the only one who didn't make it on the jumbotron when the camera filmed us from an angle. plus, it's much prettier seeing everyone from the top of the stage. it's truly a beautiful ceremony. sad...

daddy and janice are gone now. my room has gone from impeccably clean to a complete disaster zone. will take a nap now, to recoup from the week and procrastinate cleaning my room. zzzzz...
