sweet life

you know, sometimes i think, i'm living in luxury! small things. today, the S-011 midterm went just fine. S-011 is understanding today's educational testing. i was up way too late last night, though, which was quite unfortunate...but at least i didn't Under-study. i Did, however, forget my notes at home--i wanted to look them over right before the test because i had marked some things to remember. but ah well, i think it was just fine. the only thing i could think might mark me down on is conciseness to the point of leaving something out...maybe. otherwise, i don't think that my inaccuracy in examples matters because they asked for real or hypothetical examples.

so, small things. jean came to fix our light problem. he put a new lightbulb in the fixture above the stove, and he put one in the fixture in the shower. we haven't had the latter since we moved in--in fact, divya and ashley didn't even know there was a light. they were like, but how would you turn it on? haha. anyway, i just took a shower, and it's so nice to have the shower all bright. it just makes it feel cleaner!! plus, i scrubbed the tub a little. still need to clean my room a little, but at least i put away my S-011 binders and papers. everything always piles up when i'm studying.

okay, i just felt very happy during and after my shower. :] thought i should record the happy moments. mmmm.
